As an Exercise Physiologist I draw on my athletic background to help people meet their personal health and rehabilitation goals, whether that clients has musculoskeletal and/or neurodegenerative concerns.

I am a firm believer in working on a something before it becomes a problem. Given balance affects so many people throughout their life, it made sense to team up with Paul to devise 'Stronger Balance' to get people moving to develop their balance strength to stop falls in their tracks.

I am passionate about teaching you to build a body that supports itself and to reduce the the need for orthotics.

Through my own personal experience with orthotics, injuries and pain lead me to seek a better way of life, a stronger way of life.

It was a natural fit to team up with Body Dynamics and Tristan to devise a program that addressing all the reasons for reduction in balance.
